Regolamentazioni applicate ai sistemi di processo critici
I settori farmaceutico, agroalimentare, come anche il biotech e le bioscienze presentano una grande varietà di richieste di sistemi di tenuta per processi critici e componenti. Questi processi e applicazioni necessitano di essere prodotti a partire da una varietà di materiali compatibili con gli standard nazionali e internazionali.
Compatibilità con gli standard più importanti
I materiali della Trelleborg Sealing Solutions sono conformi a tutti gli standard più importanti per ogni tipo di miscela compresi: FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 per plastiche fluorocarbonate, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 per gli elestomeri, 3-A, USP Class VI, NSF, e Citotossiicityà (USP 87).
Assenza di ingredienti derivati da animali
Gli ingredienti derivanti da animali (ADI) possono causare la BSE e dovrebbero pertanto essere evitati in quei prodotti che possono entrare in contatto con altri prodotti destinati al consumo umano. I materiali dei sistemi di tenuta possono contenere gli ADI. Per questo motivo Trelleborg Sealing Solutions ha operato un controllo su tutte le miscele, potendo oggi perrmettersi di offrire una vasta gamma di prodotti non derivanti da animali (ADI).
